Hey, I can't find you on twitter... and just so you know, I'm shaky too. I've been exercising a lot and trying a different approach to my life and it seems to have helped a bit.
@ladyemusic I dunno if I can explain all my thoughts on my own issues with the shakes.. But I've had my fair share of crap to deal with in my life and though I THOUGHT I was fine, I realised that my shaking got worse (I've always had unsteady hands). It is possible that stress may add to it all. I think if your mind is not ease, it will show up somehow on your body-hair loss, pimples, shakes, weight loss... that kind of thing. Excuse me if my explanation isn't so clear, kinda tired.
@Misana Yeah I actually starting getting really bad shakes mostly in my arms and hands... more so my right hand since september. I also lost a huge amount of weight i went from weighing 135 to 119 in less than 2 weeks... -_- stressed.
@ladyemusic I will try to keep in touch with you to let you know what I have done and if anything else helps reduce the shakes.. but for now I say diet, exercise and rest... not just sleep but rest. If I think of anything else, I shall message you! <3
