White people of the U.S are rarely immigrants, research show that immigrants tend to struggle harder due to the fact that most immigrants are heavily discriminated, the discrimination pushes people to work so hard that discrimination becomes a compliment to there, race, religion,color,(ect) because the become very sucessful, but whites have little discrimination, and fail.

@XFdung Good points there. But yes, in the US, it's crazy how many establishments I've seen that will only hire people of either black or hispanic heritage. Granted, most of these places are fast food joints, but it seems a bit unfair that a white kid should be shut out of a job. They ended discrimination against blacks, only to replace it with discrimination against whites. Not exactly a good solution.

@halo9449 Yes sadly that is true, when you give someone something they are never grateful for it, The Europeans enslaves western Africans and then after about 300 years they were freed but it just led to the Whites as victims of reverse racism, but if you think about it, most businesses are owned by whites themselves, most business owners think about the unlikely and believe that if they have more white employees compared to colored, that they will be considered racist and have a drop in sales.
