This was simply INCREADIBLE!!!
I, being of Slav descent, always knew of lacha-type potatoe pancakes and hash-browns, but for a long time I tried to turn mashed potatoes into smooth, creamy cakes. I think I finally found my answer here...
BTW: That was ALLOT of startch! Look up potato plastic, you can make plastics out of startches, potato being the easiest (cold water extracts the most out of them).
