Enes Kanter used to play for Stoneridge Prep in Simi Valley where I live. I used to come to the 24 hour fitness in Simi just to watch him practice since Stoneridge Prep did not have their own gym to practice in. He's probably one of the nicest guys I've ever met. He would challenge me to free throw contests and would let me win. Obviously he would miss the shot on purpose haha. I'm really happy to see him in the NBA and even though he's not in Simi anymore, I'm still rooting for him! :)

I love his moves. Those moves are underrated because they are not spectacular and believe me most of athletic big men lack those moves... And I heard that he is a hardworker. Plus nice shooting too. The only thing that matters his defense. I see him as a decent 19/10 prospect in his 3rd year and potential/borderline All-Star. But what matters is his defense. We will see soon. Jazz used the pick wisely IMO.
