  • Sea vegetables, especially kelp, contain a lot of iodine. I started using that and I've noticed some improvement.

  • ARMOUR THYROID IS FROM PIGS NOT COWS. RIGHT?

  • This video was just what I needed. I am having thyroid problems and refuse to take anything synthetic. I am using many of the methods Dr. Mercola discusses. Thank you, Dr. Mercola.

  • Armour is a porcine based med not bovine, fyi. Love your work, but thought you may have slipped on that note. Im on Armour for aHashi's and it seems to be working after one month, fyi!!

  • FallenSoulRising - I take what people on youtube post with a lbs of salt....

everyone is different- Doc Mercola is just one of the best choices out there- the grain of salt for him just enhances...

    LOL

I use milk, he is against its consumption

I do not use soy..he agrees...

Tailor his advice to what works for MY body...very simple in fact

  • Does anyone know if there is a way to switch to Armour Thyroid from Levothyroxine when the doctor is not willing to prescribe it? I can't look for another doctor as my insurance covers only certain doctors. I was thinking if there is some way about it to get Armour Thyroid equal to the amount of prescribed Levothyroxine. Thank you.

  • Organic soy isn't bad if you have hyper thyroid, but soy consumption slows down a thyroid if you have a slow one.

  • I can not completely watch the video. It keeps freezing at 3:23. Why?

  • Don't believe everything Mercola says.

He is anti-vegetarianism in a time when more and more doctors are recommending a vegetarian diet for patients with health problems, especially heart disease.

Additionally, he is very anti soy. My mother begun drinking soy milk a few years ago. She had thyroid problems before that. But her thyroid begun functioning normally awhile ago even though she uses soy milk everyday.

Take what Mercola has to say with a grain of salt.

    FSR

  • Dr. Mercola basses his recommendations on both hands on, one on one experience with hundreds of patients that he sees every year, as well as the latest research in the traditional and alternative medicine fields.

  • every advice that i have taken from Mercola has work. don't knock it till you try it.

  • @FallenSoulRising What doctors are recommending that? Show me da money. No one recommends it. Humans are omnivores. Vegetarianism is abnormal for humans and eventually leads to hormone issues.
