I never did that as a kid. I would dare kids to stick their tongues on steel poles. I did it once. Never again. Yeah, 47 degrees below zero -- that's pretty cold. February is the coldest month, but I was impressed: you barely had a light jacket on for almost 50 below. Smile. Thanks for posting.
