@KyokoFujita kind of a lot to write. you can look up the base lyrics in english though. Sono d'accordo con te, questa canzone e impressionante. Italiano e un linguaggio sorprendente.
@KyokoFujita Quello e abbastanza buona.
Haha!

Mi piacerebbe saperne di più italiano .. Ho cominciato a studiare quando ho giocato di Assassin's Creed 2. ^-^;
@tunzi Dear tunzi e zajjjj, before you start getting all hot under the collar I suggest you pick up a copy of Dean Martin's "Sway" and check out the name of the guy who wrote the music and lyrics. The author was(is?) a Mexican orchestra leader by the name of Pablo Beltran Ruiz. Now, I grew up in the 60's listening to Dean Martin. He's got a shitload of lovely songs, truly. And no one can touch his version of Sway, in English or Spanish (read here Michael Bublé)...
@zajjjj Just don't make the mistake of thinking that Sway is an Italian song. Just ain't so. If you don't believe me, look it up. It's not hard to do. And by the way, Mexico has no reason to take anyone's music. We got plenty of love songs that have traveled around the world, and I'm not talking Mariachi music, either. Anyway, you gotta love Sinatra. Peace.
Here's the thing I favor the original with the real Italian culture but this is the only version in Italian and I want to learn it but think about this people now adays want pop rap and other trash at least people listen to it still and sort of like it right......
My name is Gundy Carrington.(soprano) I need your help for my music? Message to the World! Who can help me realy? Thank you very much. :-) my e-mail adress: C766@gmx.de
Ladies and gentlemen. I'm Luciano Corleone from Vietnam. I really like this song, and the voice of Filipa Giordano but I couldn't find its Italiano lyrics. If anyone has it, please send me at lucianocorleone1711@gmail.com. Grazie.
Well, I don't judge anything about her Spanish singing, but as an italian native speaker ) can assure that she pronounces Italian words as they sound in Italian language, not as they sound in "brokkolino" ameritalian (as Dean Martin parodies it).
@theduranimal13 Huh! You're right. He didn't parody Italian language: he had spoken it as his motherlamguage until he got to school. As professor Wik.E.Pedia goes "He was the target of much ridicule for his broken English", so his "Brokkolino" accent is a legitimate vengeance towards those who mocked him.
@OrbiliusMagister Dean Martin is from Italy, often linguists study immigrants because their variation of the mother language is different because they were not int he motherland to develop it further, so its like going back in history. Te reason its Ameritalian is because their Italian did not evolve whereas Italian Italian did.
As an English speaking fan of the song Mambo Italiano (who also understands enough Spanish and Italian to navigate through the various versions of this song) I have to say that this is a wonderful addition to the many artists who have covered this song. If you haven't heard previous versions of the song I'd suggest starting with Dean Martin, then listening to Rosemary Clooney.

@fottiti27 Fottiti27 Instead of feeling betrayed just be thankful. Mambo Italiano is the English version of the Mexican song "Quien Sera" which was composed and written, in Spanish, by the Mexican band leader Pablo Beltran Ruiz, in the 1950's. I will certainly be the first to say that no one sings the song better, in English or Spanish, than Dino. "Sway" is the English version of "Quien Sera" NOT Mambo Italiano. In fact, Mambo italiano's lyrics has nothing to do with Quien sera..
