I believe, from the cutscene at the end of the game, that he got into a car crash, on a road near a field, that resulted in a spinal injury, that caused his family much pain and sadness, and the person you play as to go into a coma. I also don't think he is awake yet at the end of the game.

I think the TV guy tells you what happened, because at the end of the game, it shows exactly what was on the TV guy.

From what I've gathered from all the sound bits of that one man talking, it sounds to me what happened is Carter the man you're controlling got into an accident or coma, and this is a mindstate while in that coma, and his fighting will to escape back into the realworld.

But he has to fight his way out of the control his mind has over him while in this self repair, brain controlled state.

on this game when i play it the pic is diferrent on the wall in the train station. also it IS imposible to get to the brain room!!!!!

no its just really hard i tried about 4 times and gave up then after a few days i triead about 10 time ( ihave alot of time on my hands) and i got it

This game was rather disturbed - all right - very disturbed - I mean the guy with the TV head scared the crap out of me. It reminded me of that old show from the 60s "The Prisoner".

this was a weird game. Really cool, but the ending was kind of really strange and disappointing. Thanks for your walkthrough though - I never would've guessed a couple of those steps.

ok, so when the guy was born, synapsis happened, (look it up) so he had some defect in his brain and this game is his mind. at the end, he snaps out of it (or thinks he does) and he sees the box thing, so he's still crazy. the tv guy is random

Well, I figured out half of the ending. Through out this a=game, he was defendetly undergoing surgery. When that eye appears in the portal, its transparent, and you could see the operating room through it. And it also shows an x-ray in the middle of the ending to. But I still cannot understand that cube thing for the life of me! lol

That Damn TV head guy makes me so scared and mad at the same time. The first time I saw I was like "Oh my f-ing god!" He serves no purpose in the game though I don't think.......

No, I saw im when I first went into the box, that may be ONE surefire way to make him appear, but he appears randomly. And it just scares me cuz of how things go on, and what might be happening. Hes possible dead, possibly mad, or possibly in an alternate reality.....
