@Vegito1089 I'm not really sure what your basis is with figuring that Ryu is stronger than Liu Kang, but it seems based mainly on Hadoken, which I don't think is really a good reason considering Shao Kahn and Shinnok probably have way more power than Ryu, and Liu Kang beat them both single-handedly.

no matter what ryu is the strongest ever and no one exept maybe ken or akuma And possibly Vega (dictator) could beat him because Even Shin Vega at his strongest couldn't take ryu since psycho power is no where as lethal but yeah ryu wins but maybe if it was scorpion he might stand a chance and since psycho power is no where near as lethal i think when Vega blasted Rose in his SF2 ending i think Psycho power is still a Very lethal power... so yeah sorry mk fans i love mk to but mortal kombat lost

I want to say iui kang > ryu... BUT...

ryu can get in fights with technoman blade and live. (tatsunoko vs capcom)

ryu can face Galactus and live. (mvc3)

ryu can hit adamantium full force without hurting his hand. (mvc3 cutscene)

in kang's defense... he can potentially kill superman. (mk vs dcu)

mk version superman skin vs adamantium.

does liu kang have magical powers at all?

mk2 liu kang > sf2 ryu (multiple broken projectiles)

sf3 ryu > mk3 ultimate liu kang (ryu's broken ass parry's plus re-dizzy combos will rape ANY VERSION of kang as much as I hate to say it.)

usa liu kang > usa ryu (USA cartoon ryu is weaker than ken and guile vs USA liu kang WHO OWNZ)

(as far as story liu kang has attack power/speed/size advantage/ (dragon form mk2 movie) ryu defensive/counter/hit point advantage (hit points based off seth hanging ryu for a good 25-35 seconds while beating the crap out of his body and he gets up for more and fights, and fighting bison and ken without rest in the anime movie)

a draw sounds fair. (liu kang ftw!)

i liked it because you used SF V's music. but the outcome is off. Ryu is not the strongest even in SF, Liu Kang has faced Sorcerers, Gods and demi-Gods and won. he is the immortal champion of Mortal Kombat. Ryu in the MK universe would be on the same level as Cage and Sonya. still it was a good vid :)

@freakzilladark But when Liu Kang fight's those God's they fight him as mortals....in Mortal Kombat. Ryu might not be top dog in SF but he has the potential to overcome and win any fight. As far as projectiles go Ryu's shakunetsu hadouken is the same as Liu Kangs Fireball. Bicycle kick vs Hurricane kick? Hurricane wins. Liu Kangs Dragon Fatality vs extremlely large shinku hadouken? I'm pretty fure that much force would annihilate Liu Kang and anyone else in MK. It's the ultimate move.
