  • After 1 year of trying I finally got it. That's because I finally did more stuff and I know how to do it now.

  • Well kinda a double cus you are supposed to chain three but you only chained to an then the rest was a double

  • Those are really beautiful. I am a knitter. I wish I could crochet! I am going to give it a go I think!

I have a fingerless glove video tutorial that may be of interest? I will try and post it to you. I hope you like it.

  • Just to let you know, you are saying "half double crochet" but the stitch you are actually doing is a "double crochet".

  • What stitch are you doing it doesn't look like half doubles and you do something with the thread so its not doubles?

  • Omg! I love these, thx so much!

  • how many chains for a girl size to begin project?

  • I was just wondering, If you could do about the same video, but making them into Gloves. That would look sooo Cute! (Not that this doesn't but, I'd think they Maybe tend to slide off.

  • My friend made this for my daughter and she gets SO MANY compliments. Thank you so much for this video!!!

  • Thanks, great learning video, easy to follow. I made a couple of them so far, and Iiked how easy they were. I couldn't figure out to make the ones with the one finger ones, so these are great, plus I've been going around using any extra yarn I have laying around from other projects.

  • Thanks for sharing! Here's my warmers on my blog, try have a look!

  • hi! what type/kind of yarn did you use and what needle size? :)

  • you say its a half double crochet in the video but the stitch your doing is a double. just thought id clarify that

  • @zackyvgirl08 that is what I was thinking.

  • Love it! This is a "must-try" !! Thanks a lot for great video :)

    Love ur 365 series BTW!

  • Thanks for the crafty idea, it looks really cute & your tutorial is very clear.

  • thankyou sooo much i love it! :D

  • so what happens after 365?

  • @MotherFrerker1 This stitch isn't an actual hdc (half double crochet) and also not exactly dc (double crochet) - at least not American method. She has kind of morphed those two stitch methods to make a new one. But that is OK! Just wanted to also point this out to any beginning crocheters learning from this. This a very cute pattern.

  • Does it have to measure 7 inches? I want to make some for a friend and she is very thin, so I think that these may be too big for her.

  • You are welcome! your version sounds so cute!

  • This was soooooo easy and mines came out great!

I did a shorter version(wanted cuffs, not sleeves) and made the ruffles a bit bigger. This is what I've always wanted to do. Thanks a million~

  • i love the wrist warmers but you used a double stich not a half. but i still like the idea and they are extremely warm

  • Thank you so much, that makes me feel so good! I would love to see pictures! You can share them on my new Flickr group "365 days of craft videos on youtube/wowzzydotcom" or on my Facebook fan page zuliblucrafts I can't wait to see the pics!
