Really? It works with every Pokemon! Ditto and Pikachu Ditto and Jigglypuff Ditto and Manaphy. If you have 2 of the pokemon at once in the day care it increases your chance of you egg being shiny.

U get ditto by going inside of giant chasm and go out to the other side of it. Then, walk in the tall grass and you may encounter one. If u need more help, feel free to pm me ;) Hope this helps.
