  • I used to watch Big Time Wrestling on Saturday afternoons. I remimber Kent being in a tag team called the Fabulous Kangaroos, and Mike Thomas was the ring announcer.

  • my dads mom used to date don kent. I looked him up on youtube expecting him to be a cool cat and i find this...boos from the fans while his name is announced.

  • nice match. I always dig the veteran nasty heel Daddies vs young muscle punk rookies.

  • @CoachThom

  • ah latter day wrestling when one was pinned down on such a STUPID MOVE like a elbow drop. that would NEVER happen these days

  • The Peoples what?

  • The front row is full of Wal-Mart shoppers!

  • very nice wrestling match where the winner is not the younger but the experience man

  • i would sure love to wrestle the guy with black trunks on in the ring

  • I love the look and stance of command Thomas has at 00:58

  • Whatever happened to Chuck Allen? Bob Finnegan was doing the commentary. This was actually around 1973-74. Don Kent later wore a dog collar and carried a chain he called 'Charlie" in his trunks .

  • Mike Thomas sure was a hottie!

  • A bit to long winded on the post match hype, other wise a decent action match from these two rough / ready guys.Excellent camera skills / shots / focus on the guys / ring action along with H.Q. option of viewing made this well worth viewing. Thanks for posting.

  • ya me to pic poster back in the days of bobo and the sheik and erine ladd

  • What promotion/territory is this from?

  • This was from The Original Sheik's Detroit branch of the NWA. This match had to be from the late 1970's / 1980 at the latest. The promotion went out of business in 1980.

  • I remember Bulldog Don Kent from his old Detroit Days wrestling at Cobo Arena in the 1970's.
