Perhaps the most despicable thing about Stalin is his way of treating POWs. He never took responsibility for doing what he can for POWs as the commander-in-chief. Of course, he never signed the Geneva Convention. Instead, he declared all of them as traitors. Yet there are so many out there still missing Stalin?
