arghh! i hold power + home for the amount of time, and it flashes like its supposed to but then when i release the power and hold the home, the apple logo just comes back up. help?

Struggling with DFU MODE? Goty the black screen on your phone but itunes and your jailbreak dont recognise dfu mode? Install itunes, Put your phone in dfu mode, ( power 3 secs, power and home 10 secs, home 15 secs) then click on device manager in windows, see a unrecognised usb device, click auto install drivers and a apple driver will install, problem solved.
Like if this worked for you as it took me hours to figure it out :)
