Welp, after I did some research on this and "Use of Force by Police" what happened here was excessive force. The lady is crazy she cut herself out of the car with the knife and proceeded to look for her daughter. (I think Alzheimers?) People were freaked out and called the cops. The cops said drop the knife but she is old flustered and scared so she didn't . She got tackled and did not get charged because of her injuries and mindset. Her daughter explained how she was moving in with her mom.

Welp, after I did some research on this and "Use of Force by Police" what happened here was excessive force. The lady is crazy she cut herself out of the car with the knife and proceeded to look for her daughter. (I think Alzheimers?) People were freaked out and called the cops. The cops said drop the knife but she is old flustered and scared so she didn't . She got tackled and did not get charged because of her injuries and mindset. Her daughter explained how she was moving in with her mom.
