Took me a long time to get used to it. I'm from the east coast of the states, so I'm used to dark blue/brown/green Atlantic Ocean water. This stuff looked like a minigolf place's fountains to me for a long time. (So did the water in Italy - especially the Adriatic Sea around Venice. So it's a common thing for me.)

General insanity. Also, the wind had picked up and is whipping my poncho's hood around my ears as I laugh maniacally. We were all in a good mood, what can I say? Ha ha.

I agree, the water looks unreal compared to the dirty/what seems to be 'water' near New York's harbors.
