go into a public washroom with your liquid soap dispenser and fill it up from the pump. try to either get the whole rolls of toilet paper or just fold it all up and put it into a pile. drink nothing but water or reuse tea bag like 2 or 3 times. buy huge ass packs of fuckin oatmeal and shit too. also, steal batteries out of everything you can and just turn ur clothes inside out to save on laundry. smoke ciggs from ashtrays. use febreeze for cologn/perfume. watch TV from other peoples windows.
i started useing the woolite brand from dollar tree dyer sheets and i have family of 4 and have like 3-4 loads a day and i use only 3 bottles or less a month and 2 boxes of the dryer sheets so like 5 dollars worth alot cheaper than i was useing walmart brand even :) and for swiffer u can also get the auto rags like microfiber clothes and use those and wash em...I also use vinager to clean alot of things :)
