Salaam thank you for your kind reply, when ever I give adhan all I think is about the Greatness of our creator and his ever lasting infinite mercy , when mentioning the prophets PBUH name my tone of voice becomes more soft for I think about his love for the entire ummah . It softens my heart almost makes my tears shed, above all its an excellent for of Dawah

do you say only adhan and iqama ?

or do you the dhikr with camaat, loud ?

Salaam sometimes after the adhan I say the Iqama always preferable for the muazzin to say the iqama, depends on the situation and the structure of the masjid. There have even been numerous of times when the imaam has not been able to come to lead the pray salaah, therefore as well as saying the adhan I lead the salaah after the adhan
