@Kingcosie No Bombs,No one could plant enough to do what happened,[you would need over 60 tons],and that was turn the towers to dust.There is no way they could blow the building up from the top down and be sure it would fall in its own footprint,let alone do it to two towers,they were turned to dust as they went away.To make a building collapse with explosives you MUST start at the bottom,so it falls straight down.
One of the things I would be questioning here is why building 7 fell the same way the twin towers fell when a plane never hit it? Fair enough a plane could make a skyscraper fall but debris from a falling building making another tower fall so beautifully it fell into it's own footprint. Now that's suspicious.

No need for conspiracy theories. Americans need to re-investigate 9.11 for the simple reason there might be something wrong with the way Americans design buildings. Architects MUST know what went wrong, so they can adjust their practices, theories, principles etc. accordingly. It is surprising to see that NONE of the rules, regulations, models etc. have been adjusted - so, the next time a plane hits a high-rise building, it might collapse again. Sue them for neglect!
@mfresh1965 - I wasn't being pedantic (not intentionally anyway). Because English is not my primary language it sometimes happens I get confused. I had never heard of chordite, so either it was a typo (it was, as it turns out) or I was ignorant w/respect to building materials. Hence I asked.
So, cordite it was. Well, the fact that cordite and other traces of explosives were found could perhaps be explained if for example the crews that removed the rubble from ground zero used explosives.

I think people do a lot of debating about how we were decieved about 9-11 when a more pertinent question would be why. Why would our government do this, who benefitted, who would be able to perform a cover up? I think the reasons are obvious. @Syb030 If you don’t think heat can’t weaken steel just look at your car rotors, these are solid metal but the gradual cumulative toll of being heated by braking cause them to eventually warp and then you have to replace them. Yet the heat generated by braking was nowhere near the melting point of the metal. Heat given enough time doesn’t to weaken steel. @125RTY rotors don't warp not unless you get them red hot and then lock your brakes hard at high speed that kind of thing happens in racing but not to a road car. What happens is that the composite material of the brake pad gets hotter than the rotor, when you stop, the pad deposits a few microns of material onto the rotor which then snatches more and more as you continue to use your brakes and eventually builds up making a bump on the rotor surface which garages tell you is a warped disk.

If they did hit cruising speed at the lower altitude, the plane could not handle the stress and would break apart.

It is important to note that the trusses that radiated out from the core were designed to carry the load of the floor and dif they fail the floor would collapse.

The first attempt in 1993 to knock the tower over by blowing up the base failed even though it created a crater in the basement. This second attempt worked. The best answer seems to be that because of uneven tightening of the lug nuts, the rotation of the tires will eventually cause the rotors to warp. Because of heat and friction. Whatever the case maybe be perhaps this is a more complicated analogy to what happened to the towers. We know that steel and iron can only take so much stress from movement and heat before they structurally fail.
@Syb030 As the fires burned the heavily burdened steel beams eventually gave way and the top floors smashed down on the remaining floors causing pancake effect demolition. The more the stress there is on the beams the less time it will take to fail. The proof is the fact that the South tower fell first despite being hit after the North tower. It was unfortunately hit on the lower floors thus the steel beams had to support more weight.
As can be seen from the videos, the fully fueled planes sliced through the towers, went through the central support structure slicing through some columns while other remain intact, the pieces of the planes emerged from the other side. Taking away some beams caused the load to be placed on other beams. the effect was to weaken the whole structure supporting floors above the impact point.
I have done my research and as I have said before all that points to terrorist acts, certainly not to any controlled demolitions. You and other have no absolute proof of any conspiracy, nor do you have anyone coming forward with any knowledge with any definite proof. I am well aware of the design of the WTC towers. WTC 7 had SIGNIFICANT damage on the South side, but I'm sure the only video you've seen is the collapse from the North side- a favorite of conspiracy theorists. On the South side, WTC 7 was completely engulfed in smoke and flames, the first 20 floors of the Southwest corner (where 2 major structural elements are located) were completely destroyed.

It is imposssible to think that all three buildings would fall at virtual free fall, as if in a vacuum. This is physics, acceleration of gravity 9.8m/s^2 , a falling object. One of the things I would be questioning here is why building 7 fell the same way the twin towers fell when a plane never hit it? Fair enough a plane could make a skyscraper fall but debris from a falling building making another tower fall so beautifully it fell into it's own footprint. Now that's suspicious.

Architects MUST know what went wrong, so they can adjust their practices, theories, principles etc. accordingly. So, cordite it was. Well, the fact that cordite and other traces of explosives were found could perhaps be explained if for example the crews that removed the rubble from ground zero used explosives.

there is no doubt in my mind that the buildings were brought down in a controlled demolition. Now the question who, why and for what reason was it done is for a fresh investigation into the events to answer.
New scientific evidence points to the use of Nano-Thermite. Also keep in mind that if infact it was a controlled demolition then in that case the explosive charges or the cutter charges had to be synchronized.

I think people do a lot of debating about how we were decieved about 9-11 when a more pertinent question would be why. Why would our government do this, who benefitted, who would be able to perform a cover up? I think the reasons are obvious. One thing no one talks about anyway is our government's and our leader's relationships, both business and personal, with the Bin laden clan and Al queda both before, during and after 9-11. So, with all that happened it's not unreasonable to halt all flights. But why let the suspects ENTIRE Family leave the U.S without some pretty serious questions being answered? And why secure Saudi Arabian nationals and remove them from the country?
NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE was allowed to fly. But these family members of the man accused of being behind the attacks were shuffled out of the states all nice and quiet.

@Syb030 If you don’t think heat can’t weaken steel just look at your car rotors, these are solid metal but the gradual cumulative toll of being heated by braking cause them to eventually warp and then you have to replace them. Yet the heat generated by braking was nowhere near the melting point of the metal. Heat given enough time doesn’t to weaken steel. As for wt7 I have already explained the collapse and don’t want to reiterate this again.

@125RTY rotors don't warp not unless you get them red hot and then lock your brakes hard at high speed that kind of thing happens in racing but not to a road car. What happens is that the composite material of the brake pad gets hotter than the rotor, when you stop, the pad deposits a few microns of material onto the rotor which then snatches more and more as you continue to use your brakes and eventually builds up making a bump on the rotor surface which garages tell you is a warped disk.

@125RTY they did take in to account planes. Boeing 707's to be exact. A 707 has more energy than a 767 due to its higher cruising speed. Gov story is that the planes hit at 510 kts and 430 kts. The planes were not going as fast as the government said because at lower altitudes they cannot fly at cruising speed due to air resistance. Boeing states 360 kts operating speed for the 767. If they did hit cruising speed at the lower altitude, the plane could not handle the stress and would break apart.

@T2000Terminator The planes sliced through support girders and trusses, the resulting fire weakened the remaining overstressed steel girders and trusses until they collapsed about an hour later. It is important to note that the trusses that radiated out from the core were designed to carry the load of the floor and dif they fail the floor would collapse.

The first attempt in 1993 to knock the tower over by blowing up the base failed even though it created a crater in the basement. This second attempt worked. He used a fully fueled plane flying at top speeds to slice through the outside walls to get to the inner core and support structure of the towers.

@T2000Terminator There is no direct evidence of any build up of brake material on the rotors. The best answer seems to be that because of uneven tightening of the lug nuts, the rotation of the tires will eventually cause the rotors to warp. Because of heat and friction. Whatever the case maybe be perhaps this is a more complicated analogy to what happened to the towers. We know that steel and iron can only take so much stress from movement and heat before they structurally fail.

@Syb030 As the fires burned the heavily burdened steel beams eventually gave way and the top floors smashed down on the remaining floors causing pancake effect demolition. The more the stress there is on the beams the less time it will take to fail. The proof is the fact that the South tower fell first despite being hit after the North tower. It was unfortunately hit on the lower floors thus the steel beams had to support more weight.

As can be seen from the videos, the fully fueled planes sliced through the towers, went through the central support structure slicing through some columns while other remain intact, the pieces of the planes emerged from the other side. Taking away some beams caused the load to be placed on other beams. the effect was to weaken the whole structure supporting floors above the impact point.

WTC 7 had SIGNIFICANT damage on the South side, but I'm sure the only video you've seen is the collapse from the North side- a favorite of conspiracy theorists. On the South side, WTC 7 was completely engulfed in smoke and flames, the first 20 floors of the Southwest corner (where 2 major structural elements are located) were completely destroyed.
