In regards to the "mixed semen", it simply means that man is the one who will ultimately either give the X or Y Chromosome to his mate. This is to let people know that it is not the woman who bears a female or a male but it is the man who is the one responsible of the sex of the baby. When Islam was not yet revealed, the Arabs would bury their daughters alive and then hassle their wives for having a girl. This clarified the position and placed the responsibility on the man to clear his ignorance

Somor you have refuted our explanation's for life on earth. But please explain to me how did life start.Before evolution started their must have been a main species, where we all evolved from? So who created that. Also, Who made the earth and the heavens separate(or the Big Bang). Who caused it. And what do you think will happen after death?

Did you know that the quraan is the most memorized book in the whole world? That is how Allah protects the quraan. Even if you try to destroy all of the quraans in the entire world, there will still be someone who can re-write it.(that is until the day of judgement, when all muslims will be gone, and Allah will take away the quraan from this world).

Because the earth and the heavens above (the sun, the moon, stars, planets, galaxies, etc.) have been formed from this same smoke, we conclude that the earth and the heavens were one connected entity. Then out of this homogeneous smoke, they formed and separated from each other. God has said in the Quran: Have not those who disbelieved known that the heavens and the earth were one connected entity, then We separated them?... (Quran, 21:30)

'mountains are pegs' and 'life is a clot of blood'. These are lame facts and no riguous science would describe phenomena in terms such as 'pegs' and 'clot'. Actually any village idiot could have come up with these answers. Oh, and one actually did; his name was Mohammed.
Furthermore, even if Mohammed was right about these things, that does not prove that the Quran was revealed from any god. After all, this would mena that if a person made a lot of lucky guesses, then he would be divine.

In surah Al-Qiyamah allah says:
"was he(man) was not a Nutfah (semen) mixed together and gushed forth"
"then he became a clot then allah made and fashioned him"
"and made him two sexes male and female"
All of this was not known to man 1400 years ago then how is it in Quran????

Furthermore, Man is not a 'semen mixed together'.
Moreover, in nature there are many sexes; not just female and male, but also hermaprodites and species that can change sex.

In the qura'an It does not say that a man's semen is mixed with a woman's semen. Let me quote a verse: 76:2 Verily we created man from a drop(of semen) mingled(mixed). The word for drop or semen is Nutfah. and the word for mingled or mixed is amshaj. It does not say that it was mixed with semen, It merely says mixed.

- You are basically saying that people can murder others and that we should not react to this, because it is merely God testing us. In this sense, Islam is making excuses for murderers, rapists and sadists. After all, they are merely testing us.

Besides, capital punishment is especially cruel, because it presumes that judges never make mistakes. And since judges are humans, they most certainly will make mistakes.
