I'm pretty sure I picked Tim when it happened to me, having seen DAAS live several times, knew the consequences of picking Paul! Worse thing was there was a high stage and my best mate Claire wouldn't go and get my shoe back for me so had to wait for the interval and clamber up myself. Happy days!

The whole joke is set up for them to pick Richard. It didn't look like they expected Paul to be picked, so maybe it didn't happen that often that someone other than Richard was picked.
