  • Yeah that spark plug trick was real nice, I was looking for something like it when I was removing my front wheel then saw on the forums that you can use the pinch bolts to hold the axle when re-tightening so you don't even need that specialty hex tool

  • Using the spark plug socket backwards? Brilliant! Nice looking bike and great tutorial.

  • @wedginator is this the same process for 2005 zx6r? 636

  • @TheSquirrel1986 It should be the same.

  • Very nice video. I believe you ordered those tires online right ? I am planning to order my tires online but how do you make sure the manufacture date is not too old ? I talked to motorcycle superstore cust service and the guy told me I need to get the tires and look at it to know.

    Thank.

  • what size spark plug socket did u use if you could let me kno

  • where did u get ur green plated chain from mate?

  • Great tips and video reference for do it yourselfers. Thanks.

  • the for the socket tip worked perfect!

  • THANKS FOR i meant sorry

  • where did you get your fairings? or did those come with the monster edition?

  • @matt2peters The fairings are the original fairings. The Monster Energy are stickers I found off eBay.

  • @wedginator even the dunlop, LP, maxima decals where off ebay??? all those together look great. I wanted to do something similar to mine but i feel like it would be tough and a steady hand would be needed.

  • @matt2peters Thanks. Yea, they all came in a set. Actually, it's quite easy to apply. I should do a tutorial on decal application someday, but I just used soapy water for a wet application. The soapy water allows the decal to be moved around for perfect positioning. Then squeegee the water out and the decal sticks in it's final position.

  • @wedginator you definitely should! Thanks for the advice as well

  • good video, but i recommend to use a torque wrench next time,it looks like you tightend the bolts to hard. The torque needed you can find on the net. Never tighten them with help of a pipe.

for the rest, good explanation .

  • @reynkens LOL. Just wanted to let you know, no bolts were tightened in this video. This was all removal.

  • @wedginator ,not everyone knows that. I just wanted to help. Keep up the good work ;-)

  • @reynkens Thanks.

  • great vid.. thanks for the short cuts...

  • Awesome video - I appreciate this man

  • Great tutorial! Thanks :)

  • Do you replace your cotter pin?

  • good tips I usually leave on caliper on as a guide when re installing the rim. I guess everyone has a system that works for them. So what kind of shoes you putting on the girl

  • @WildBill1006 I'll be using the Michelin Pilot Power 2CT.

  • hey great vid man, just to let you know, I have the same bike as you and i'm sure many other of your viewers/subs are looking at ur vids cuz they have the same bike and I know you try to make these vids general but I would recommend making them bike specific. I know that if I had a R1 or something I wouldn't watch ur channel because I would want to see work done on the same bike as me. Just an opinion of mine to hopefully improve ur channel, but again great vid!

  • Good tip with the socket on the front axle
