That item you mentioned, the one you canceled due to the finished product looking different from the prototype images, that wouldn't happen to be the Raiders of the Lost Arc character Toht, would it? I've seen the before and after pictures of what he was supposed to look like, and I can pretty much say if that is the case, I'm in total agreement.

nice piece. I'm not a comic book fan either, and to be honest I've never read anything that has X-23 in it, so I couldn't care less about the character. But it looks great nonetheless.

Oh, say Dan. Did you use your motorized rotating base for this review, or did you manually rotate it? The statue seems to shake erratically compared to your other reviews.

Don't tell me it broke down and you're now using it as a mirror for combing your eyebrows.

LOL hello :) Unfortunately it would appear that the rotating base I have is getting busted up from the heavy statues and it's simply not smooth anymore. Looks like I need to upgrade to something a bit more robust lol! That's what you get for $15 I guess... LOL!

And hey.. gotta keep the peepers sexay!

Very nice review Dan! Love the quality that's coming out of your videos.

If I may make one critique? I recommend changing the framing a little bit. Your head is a bit too high up on the screen, and it's kind of awkward looking at the very top part of the screen when it's such huge sized video.

Oh, is that the turning base you're using to check your eye brows with? :D

Yeah I noticed the same thing.. the problem is that I have the camera as far back as I can put it and it cuts my head off. I'll try to adjust it better for the next one. I'd go back to reviewing from my desk but it covered in crap atm from my work LOL!

nice review dan - full of charm & wit:) lol - nice statue but not for me - i actually have a beef with sideshow regarding the female form:) the sculpts are fantastic & sexy poses but they FAIL on the face - I really wanted Slave Leia & Elvira but the faces SUCK - not sure why they always go for the anime/cartoon look - maybe they are just playing it safe? they should be able to achieve a great likeness with female PFs if they can do it with the males

nice review. I never really liked this statue but it looks much better in person - i think the face is my problem too. the body and the super glossy outfit looks cool. For 50 bucks u can't complain though. Keep collecting!
