I hate it when I hear someone say that the founding fathers were racists because they had slaves. They were the product of their time and should not be looked down upon for that. Most of them knew that Slavery was wrong, and in the future wanted slavery to be gone forever. Thomas Jeffersons worded the declaration of independence carefully, if he did not mean "ALL MEN are created equal", then he would not have said "ALL MEN." Jefferson along with all the founding fathers are heroes.
I have always been a great admirer of the founding fathers, but the complexity surrounding the facts about freemasonry leaves you with more questions than answers.
I understand your concern, but a lot of them were not even freemason members. Also, some people make up crazy conspiracy theories about freemasons that really don't carry any weight. Believe what you want, but the founding fathers still freed this country.
Will we every stand up and march to Washington, even just 3 or 400,000 people? We would change everything. The faith in the real system we built, a govt truly run by the people for the people. Our govt, hasn't been our govt for so long. Change the system, change the future of the world. Will you lead or follow?
We are the near future of what MLK spoke of. We are the embodyment of truth, liberty, and the gift of happiness. We must raise our fists and silence our tongues not. We must speak up for the future security of the rights we hold for our children, their children, and theirs.
We must understand. We cannot rest our trust nor liberties on the shoulders of one man. For the man we speak of is only but a representative of the promises given by our forefathers. The representative of us. We are the promises that the forefathers made to this country.
WoW! Though the passage is regarding rule of King George during the Revolt of the colonies, this is very very similar to now. The words, the acts, and the violations are all the same. History does indeed repeat itself. Let's take this country back. Don't wait for an election! Go to Washington D.C. break down the gates and demand the gov't abide by you. By Us! If the govt doesn't suite disband it and form one more suitable!
From 1790-1863, more than half the workers on the U.S. Capital & President's House were Slaves. Perhaps the greatest irony: the famed Statue of Freedom was cast by a Slave: Philip Reid, who earned his emancipation- although his owners were paid for loss of their "property."
When are people going to realize that the government itself is the problem, like a cancer? You can't fix cancer, you can only eliminate it.

It is time we reassert the Declaration of Independence against our current government. Soon before the noose is tightened and it is too late.
