@NoshRunner All you have to do, is go on personalisn go on windows colour then at the bottom it will say advanced settings and then just go through all the boxes and change the font you want it to be.

The best ff versions are 3.5 and 3.6 the last time Mozilla gave a fuck.. These days its all about Competing with google and how much money they make. FF 7 is rushed and unstable especially on older systems.

I'd been using FF forever but I've had nothing but problems after the FF 7 update & 7.01 was no help at all. It constantly freezes and locks up. I can't hardly get anything done. I HATE it. I tried un-installing 7 to re-install FF 6 but they removed it. Any suggestions on how to fix it or should I get a new browser? I'm using Win 7.
@Hercules2345 Alot of negativity with Firefox recently. I prefer chrome myself because it feels faster, so perhaps that is your best bet? I would love to recommend opera though, it seems faster than chrome and has an inbuilt gmail checker, however some sites still don't load properly on opera and to change volume/play a video on youtube you have to click on the video window. Little things like that, but it annoys me! However if privacy is your no. 1 concern, I'd recommend opera.

@xxXaiderxx They were emergency releases. Firefox 4 and 5 were downgrades to firefox 3.6. They crashed my computer and I had to restore it to an earlier point. I risked downloading firefox 7 and now it's kind of better. I've been using IE9 and Chrome 14 since Firefox 4 but now I'm back to firefox but I'm having trouble... Spell check is not working and I cannot change the search engine on the address bar.
@MrMedoGrizzly ok i cant write the link coz of youtube. Right click on your background if you have vista ir 7, click personalize, then you should have a list of themes. Go to the right hand side of the screen and it should say "get more themes online". This will take you to the msoft website. Then on the right search by "places and landscapes", go to the bottom and its the UK one. :)

Ok I have a major problem with firefox 6. I cant delete any of my plugins or anything. Do I have to downgrade to the old version and delete them that way? Major pain in the butt to have all these worthless things I cant get rid of.
You mean you accidentally did the automatic update, which overwrites the previous version of Firefox, instead of doing the manual install of the 7 beta (which you could have selected a separate folder for) correct? I just ask because as far as I know, you can have as many different versions of Firefox on your computer as you want, all in their own program file folders. Good video.

Firefox 7 is simply the worst version of Firefox I have ever used.
It is unstable.
It uses even more memory than the previous version. 500MB+ for looking at a few webpages? WTF?
I doesn't work with Flash which means YouTube is unusable.
Using GMail results in frequent lockups.
Firefox 7 is awful. I really can't think why they are churning out major versions so quickly when they are of this quality.
Now using Chrome. It is faster and doesn't crash on 90% of the sites I use.

Hi, which lettertype (font type and size) do you use in Windows and your browser ? It looks good to me.

What resolution are you running? it just looks different. I looks really nice, crisp and clear. When I run 1980x1050 it doesnt even look like that.
