I can't throw like Isaac Button, but what he he throws is a lot like me. Wild forms, corrected at the last minute. Sweet pots. I love his handling of the outer rib to secure the final form. He leaves a mass of clay on the rim...a challenge to most potters.

I'm a production potter and have met some impressive characters, but this; This is amazing. i could watch this on replay forever.

for all the technology and advancement... I bet there's only a hundred odd people in the UK who can throw pots with his expertise, precision, consistency and ease.

There'd be a lot less unemployment and job dissatisfaction if people were trained with a skill like Isaac Button, rather than be pushed into University!
