Could you please recommend me any "kit" to start a small business?. I mean as a list:

*Printer / Paper / Cartridges / I just found several items on your website, and I wouldn't like lo make a wrong choice by combining supplies.

I assume you also need to get a heat press that can press 13x50 as well. Or is there a way to actually use a smaller press?

@rjimw Well, you could print in sections, but that is tricky. The other way is to use our Print Services Department. This video is intended for folks with large presses.
