it solve me many problem with the Keybroad Arrow Adjust.
if this 5 functions are added, it must be greater
1 Keyboard Type in number, to resize,
2 Four Corners have a magnifier, like the Window magnifier
4 For measuring area smaller then 20x20, make a inner border transparent window instead, the drager is the border it self, so needn't really resize the window so small

Somehow I cannot resize the window under 124*36 px, is that a constraint in Win Vista ?

5 the hair line is meaningless, can be fade out.
6 Color can changed
