Oh cool. You're from there. They were getting ready for CHOGMA while I was there. Rebuilding a lot of the streets (which made navigation near impossible) for the arrival of the Queen Mum

I was in the Serena Kampala Hotel. I think the building straight across is a bank but they have a casino on the ground floor.
