That neighborhood is hard on the eyes. The house is on a busy street. The house needs some work. Not sure how this equates to a good foreclosure. I would expect something like this to be cheap. Just my opinion.
Now listen to this Mr. Real Estate Expert (HA HA). This wonderful house may be in a high crime area like you mentioned, but guess what?? It just sold. So put that fact in your crack pipe and smoke it. And another thing Mr. Real Estate Expert...Don't make anymore comments. People like you wouldn't know a good deal even if it was sitting on top of your head. Amen
