I have this dvd actually, and its great! I LOVE THE MUSIC. Its fun and really intense. They aren't moaning and sighing, they're breathing hard from the exertion. This video has been put together with clips they knew would appeal to guys, that's all.

This is a very good workout DVD and you obviously haven't seen the whole thing, so its kind of inappropriate to say it has "no substance."
