buy some raw cacao butter, raw cacao powder and raw cacao nibs. Melt the cacao butter down in a bowl floating on top of boiled water in another bowl, mix the other cacao forms together, add agave nectar, crush some cashew nuts in... amazing & very very very good for you!
raw cacao powder is the one to have when u crave chocolate!! becouse tastes very very bitter blend it with rice milk or coconut milk or soya one,add a banana or 2, some dry coconut and enjoy!! its a great treat and u will be full for long.almost 3 hours...have it after a hard workout... its high in protein, fiber, essential fatty acid, good carbs,and loads of mineral and vitamin.. i love it!! ciao by Andrea from Lewisham, London
