  • yup in the air-force all we do is play tag in mult-million dollar aircraft.

  • Watch the BPJM, that's a military unit allowed to the protection of Jean Michel du 59.

  • When I joined, it was "Cross Into the Blue" but my all-time favorite slogan is "Aim High".

  • its never good when you have to advertise for an air force.

  • @threadgoldc

sad thing this movie is so old that the AF doesnt need to recruit anymore. I'm currently serving in the AF at Minot AFB, and the branch as a whole is overstaffed, while some jobs are undermanned. While we still need people to replace those getting out its not as bad as it use to be. The AF as a whole is not hurting just some career fields.

  • Do a barrel roll!

  • @Tr0llin4ALivin

    My G-defuisser!

  • @Tr0llin4ALivin LOL! Do a barrel rolL!

  • I dont know what this crew chief is talking about its not hard to be a pilot? Im a structural maintainer on RAF Lakenheath in the UK i work on F15's C & E and HH60 Pave Hawks trust me its not easy to be a fighter piolet i just did a full paint on a C model and met the commander its amazing how much goes through there head. . .By the way crew chiefs are the dumbest fucks ive ever seen get a real job

  • LoL it's hard even to become an officer and that's required to be a pilot, but it's even harder to become a pilot! However I've built model planes since I was five, so I've got a pretty good chance I think!

  • @SenseiDonGraham so you've built models since u were five. I could play monopoly for 20 years, doesnt mean ill someday be a real estate mogul.

  • @DynastyLang I was...yoke-ing.

  • @SenseiDonGraham Yoking :P

  • @DynastyLang You've never yoked?

  • @SenseiDonGraham oh ive been know to yoke. i also enjoy yogging and yam on my toast.

  • Would have been funny to see..."How'd you get up here in a car?" on the tail of the F-16.

  • That is freaking awesome LOL!!

  • Air Force isn't just about pilots and jets. Only 1/20 of all AF-Officers are pilots. Those ads draw a warped picture, as usual.

  • LMFAO

  • rofl!! hows my driving

  • and then some of them are pretty bad ass. learned a lot from them.

  • i'm at luke air force base as a crew chief, and out of a whole fiscal year, 2 or 3 fail out. it's really not that hard to be a pilot. you'd be surprised. some of them are idiots.

  • really? i was always told you have to have a 4 yr degree, and that it is very competitive to be a pilot. Especially now with drones taking over the scene. maybe there is hope for me yet

  • LOL at the "hows my driving" paint.

  • very nice video, i watch it 20 times a day

    but i didnt get

what number is he talking about?

  • its an Air Force recruiting number

  • Thnx man. now i get it

  • and color vision.

  • Well I dunno, cuz like you go to school and come out an officer you technically out rank a Master Sergent and those guys have been in the military for years. But you are no way in hell better than he is.

  • Hey may be a Master Sergent but you would still be his commanding officer even as a 2nd LT

  • Dont forget 20/20 vision my friends

  • actually there are many people that wear glasses that fly.

  • thats because they had at least 20/70 CORRECTABLE to 20/20

  • the USAF does allow some forms of lasik

  • The Air Force of today is just too hard to get into. I mean I can handle the physical stuff no problem but to be a pilot you need all these academic requirements and shit.

  • they can't let just anybody fly 137 million dollar jets lol

  • Well I know but just because you can get straight A's does not really mean your a good pilot.

  • You don't need straight A's to be a pilot. I had a 2.9 GPA and I'm going to UPT. My bud had a 2.7 and he's going.

  • Yeah but what I'm saying is they make academics a requirement even though it has nothing to do with having good piloting skills. Like the DMV tests you can pass the driving test will full marks but if you fail the written tests you still wont be able to get your DL.

  • Wrong. If you aren't good at academics, you'll have a hell of a time getting through pilot training, later in FTU, and even once you're mission qualified. You never stop studying your aircraft, tactics, the enemy, etc. etc.

  • Yeah but all I'm saying is that there are just some people a lot actually that are pretty damn smart but just have a hard time in academics. I'm one of them I mean I have a pretty decent IQ but when it comes to academics I'm a B- student at the most. Like I can get the idea no problem but its like you know.

  • "How's my driving?" Rofl

  • although the language is unnecessary earthlink you are wrong. you dont need to go into the airforce academy to fly one of those beautiful planes. but you do need to be an officer in the airforce. and when you are an officer you need so many hours in an F-16 before you can fly. Dont get it twisted. Also after you come out of the airforce academy you start as a 2nd lutenant which is the lowest position on the officer food chain.

  • motox - you're an idiot, and you don't know what you're talking about.

  • Yo Shit for Brains, Ever heard of a combat controller?

    Google it.

    Floor Sweeper my ass...

  • go fuck yourself you piece of shit

  • Don't need to fly a plane to get shit done. Now sure it's a tough spot to become a pilot, but I don't recall the "floor sweeper" careerfield being mentioned. Sure the pilot get's the chicks, but it takes guy's on the ground to get shit done.

USAF- Killing people and breaking their things since 1907

  • Semantics, but the USAF has only been around since '47. USAAF, however, has been around since 1907.

  • Indeed, it was a typo however. good catch +1 for comment.

  • Wasn't it the USAAC?

  • @skipplet actually the air force academy was founded in 1954 and the air force has been around since 1940

  • @racingfreak988 forget what I said about the air force being founded in 1940

  • @skipplet

More semantics, it was actually the Aeronautical Division, Signal Corps, from 1907 to 1914, the Aviation Section, Signal Corps, from 1914 to 1918, the U.S. Army Air Service from 1918 to 1926, the U.S. Army Air Corps from 1926 to 1941, and the U.S Army Air Forces from 1941 to 1947.

  • Most Airmen could mop the floor with your sorry ass!!!

    USAF VET!

  • Well for a Marine I thought they would have taught you to have more respect for the other Armed Forces....Well besides the NAVY! lol

    By the way GO DAWGS!!!!
