@onemanofgod Prosperity Preachers are clearly Not of the Most High. The poor is the test of man. It is written The last will be first. When a person understand scripture, by studying and showing themselfs approved, he will reveal, the greatest Blessing you can ever receive is understanding, with understanding, the added things is peace and Salvation. In the strom the world is going through, his people go unscaved, because material things is not the desire. Be Blessed

The very sound of "Prosperity Gospel" sends up red flags. Then after careful research justifiably so.

I Timothy 6:5 "Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: for such withdraw thyself."

I Timothy 6:10 "For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows."

You are correct the extra stuff is unwarranted. We (people like you and I) make no excuse for what the bible says or does not say. It is what it is. Either Believe it Alone or Leave it Alone...

That mark 3 verse and your Galatian 1 refference seem to allude to somthing even worse than eternal unforgiveness, but as you know, it points to eternal damnation.

The GK word "kakos" is translated as evil, in the passage you quoted (1 Tim 6:10), it can point to the incapacity to do any good and could point to a being, i.e. the devil. So the love of money is the root of all develish acts or all devil-like actions... WOW.. thank you for sharing....
