I think the ps3 and the xbox are very simular but they are also very different the xbox has a avatar creator but the ps3 has playstation home. I personally prefer the ps3 because online is free, you can meet up with your freinds and talk to them on playstation home and you can conect to the playstation with your psp/vita. For some reason every one buys the xbox and dosn't give playstation a fair chance, just because the ps2 was rubbish.

Ok, lets talk about what the new xbox slim has over the old pro console, has hdmi, wifi, a new design, way better air condition system so there is no rrod,more memory, touch buttons, at this point the only advantage the ps3 has over the xbox is blu-ray player which EVERYONE HAS. the xbox has way smoother and clearer gaming graphics, an outstanding online network (sure you have to pay for it but microsoft uses that money to get us addons faster and more exclusive games and a better network.
