You dont have to go to a Merchant Marine academy to get license. I came up from the deck and obtained Unlimited steam and Motor Mates License.

Nice vids, although this is about the captions job and not pilots, the vid labebled ship boat caption is the longshoremans vid. other then that, nice vids. very educational.
