They made Ideon too easy to use, they pratically spoiled us by doing so. I like it when we had to be hesitant in using it in F Final or else if the ide guage filled completely you'd get a game over.

In this video, the player was simply taking out the boss. All the other robots were just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Ideon is about Earthlings encountering the Baffukran, an advanced race. The Baffukran destroys an earth colony on a planet full of ancient ruins. A few earthlings find 3 mecha and a large ship in these ruins while the planet is being slaughtered. The machine unit turns out to be powered by infinite energy (ide). I won't spoil it. The series chronicles the pilots of the ideon vs the entire baffukran race.
