This was in Denver, before the show went to Broadway, if I'm not mistaken. The boy in the video is Cody Hanford, who was the original Flounder, before he and JJ Singleton grew taller than Sierra Boggess (who plays Ariel), and was replaced by Brian D'Addario and Trevor Braun, who currently share the role now. You probably saw either Brian or Trevor if you saw this on Broadway!
