From the looks of this video I think it would be easier to try to play pick up sticks with our butt cheeks than to actually figure out what the hell we just looked at.

Hi, for an initial /r/ sound, the tongue needs to be inside the mouth, rather back from the teeth. One thing for Asian speakers to notice is the difference between /l/ and /r/. For the /l/ sound, the tongue needs to be high up, touching the palate and behind the top teeth.
