none of these are special attacks from actual characters/costumes (except for the first 2), they're from items. Some of the specials are references though, like Pendaburst for example. None of Asagi's inherent skills from the Disgaea games are in ZHP.

nah, i gradually collected the items across my playthroughs. The only stuff i had to hunt for are items with a different skill at a higher rank, like Frozen Knuckle. Thanks for reading the guide.

Valvolga set = clear the absolute dungeon

Dark Repulser = dengeki item you get randomly from the caravan's excavator in any dengeki dungeon

Xarugas, I'm assuming that higher ranked items have skills that lower ranks don't because the highest rank I've got is 2 stars...

some items have skills only at higher ranks. Most arm items have stronger special attacks at higher ranks. (White Hot Fist has Fire Flight at 1-4* and Phoenix Rise at 5-6* for example) Check my guide in GameFAQs, the item database has everything you need to know.
