Looks most likely like mixture or air drag and possibly lack of hydrolic fluid or something since it's when the banking occurs it struggles to retract.
Weird! I have never seen that happen before. Is it quite common? Does it retry automatically? Are the pilots are of it? What causes it in the first place?

@1996sampsa Probably did, the landing indicator for the right main landing gear must have stayed red for a little bit longer than the others.

Looks like the gear acutator did not have enough PSI to close the gear door flush, each main landing gear door runs off an indipendant system.
