I used to like riding the trolley buses! i always thought it was cool to sit on one of the single seats on the drivers side.. route 3 was a strange route...it seemed to snake its way through some of the worst neibourhoods in edmonton and it took forever....some of the worst intersections for trolleys were 124st 102 ave -124st 107 ave! they always seemed to loose their poles around their...i remember felling so exclusive sitting on a dark powerless bus in the middle of the intersection! lol
I'm not sure if there is stil a effort being done to save them, but lots of wire is already down. Places like Jasper Place, Belgravia, Westwood, and more.
Now I know Bonnie Tyler sings these 2 songs I will buy her cds. Is there still a effort being done, to try to get trolley service restored. If there is not, there should be.
