@sparkshadowtiger He was always acting like a drunk asshole in the band. The other guys were just silly when they were drunk, for the most part. But I guess Dave was a real jerk. Their original bass player, Ron McGovney, quit as a result of something Dave did. Ron was electrocuted when he turned on his amp, because Dave poured alcohol all over it. Years later, in a documentary, Dave said something like "guys in Metallica need to be 4 badasses, not 3 men and a baby" in reference to that incident.

i think endgame was an awsome record but i noticed all the solo's sound recycled from past/present albums which is a drag. thats why i like kirk a little bit more, i think dave's is better but old and new metallica have unique solo's to them. Megadeth and Metallica are 2 of the 4 biggest thrash bands ever and they both kick ass. both bands have advantages over each other. just like how iron maiden has advantages over both bands. every band is better at another band at something, but it doesn't mean they aren't as good or they suck, it just means that they do something better. personally i like metallica slightly better, but it's all opinion just enjoy thrash the way we're supposed to \m/ and yea weirdvideo
