They are using radios in their helmets. As for Namor and the others, physics lesson, sound travels through matter, air, water, and solids. In fact it travels faster and further in water than in air.

That has more to do with how a human produces sound (air over the larynx and in the mouth) your sound is trapped in the air pockets (bubbles) you produce. However use an aqua-sterio and it works perfectly fine, same deal with whale songs and echolocation (all sound waves). They could just say the helmets are broadcasting like an aqua-sterio and Homo-mermanuses use a complex form of echolocation to produce human like voices.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that miles underwater the pressure drains his energy faster while everybody elese is wering suits nerdy Vision isn't maybe because he think he's a undercover submarine gobot or a jealous show off.

The real thing here is why Falcon who has nothing at all to fight with is among them while useful smart nice butt wasp whose shriking powers work along with her stinger rays is on the surface, What good is that flipping bird underwater we'll never know.

@BurnRoddy Vision like with Super-man shouldn't be drained any faster by pressure than they would by a vacuum of space with freezing temperatures and their internal pressure bursting out. They never mention pressure as a factor, given how Vision is built I wouldn't think it would be.

For Captain America, I would say the guy who played two face in the dark Knight, but for the others, it would have to be actors who haven't got a hero icon name in there life yet, so the new Kirk actor wouldn't fit. maybe Bradd Pitt as Hawk Eye.
