Joy's argument was valid but not sound especially since she twisted it into a political jab against Republicans and conservatives alike. Even though Tiger Woods didn't present himself a morally superior his cheating on his wife was a violation towards the promise he gave to his wife when they wed and (quiet possibly but cannot prove) to their prenuptial agreement.
