Sorry but i honestly do HATE Rolf. Hes a wimp and hes not nearly as kickass as shinon. (at least in RD). no offense to rolf fans.

Your Rolf is very nice Defense-wise for an archer. His HP is good too. Could use a bit more speed, but he's shaping up nicely anyway.

I have a feeling my Rolf is going to end up the same way. On that note, I never really understood why it's impossible for archers to shoot units right in front of them. It just seems unrealistic.

So true, I felt the same way when they couldn't return fire. Although it's just a little burden in this game that makes it all the more challenging to work around :)

agreed, it makes the game much more challenging and rolf is a beast!!! Most people don't use him in RD, but he's better than shinon in my game.

rolf could be good in RD if he was a higher level but he's outclassed by shinon

by the time i got rolf my leonardo was much better,

oh but he's so worth the extra leveling up. He hasn't failed me yet in all my RD playthroughs.

A lot of people just don't care though cause he's at level 1

Rolf starts off with pretty bad base str, skl and spd in RD. He can't double ANYTHING especially on the harder modes and gets 2HKOd by everything on Normal and Hard as well. Sadly, although he has amazing str growth he has somewhat mediocre skl and spd growth ESPECIALLY compared to Shinon, who doubles right off the bat and can still double consistently well into the game.

PEMN =/ Try going to SerenesForest and saying that Rolf's worth it in RD.
