This channel keep advertising Dubai, it's property industry is going bankrupt.

Those middle eastern oil merchants are running out of oil in 50 years and they don't have alternatives to generate money. Look at their country, it's a desert, period. Saudi arabia is building 6 economic cities which along with Jeddah and Riyadh growth will boost GDP by 150 billion dollars and will give the Saudis quite a dynamic powerful economy just something I have noticed.
