Oh, I remember this import title! It had all of the characters from all the Tales Of... games up to Legendia. One time I did an Tales of Legendia-Only game, and I only used the females (Shirley, Chloe, Norma and Grune). Even Grune looks great!

The translatator left the names he/she wanted there which are usually just better (like Cless and Klarth)

You mean the english patch for the rom? I got it a loooooong time ago, it was made by Kajitani-Eizan, it can be found at romhacking.net

Go to "translations" and then on the options menu, choose Platform: Gameboy Advancem it should be there since there aren't many GBA games japanese-to-english patches.

There is no partially tranlated version of the game or anythign like that, this is a rom with an english patch that translates some stuff like items, names and skills.

It's not after the game is finished, it's a mission called Time drift or something like that (and there are 2 of them), it's optional and you can find some characters here only (if you kill them instead of talking with the right character, they just appear again so you can't permanently loose one)
