Not really, dude. The callouts for black blocs are posted publicly, on the internet, and on the street. There is an actual anarchist movement that's very much engaged in organizing around these things.

This protest was stopped because they did not have permits to protest. To walk down the center of the streets, to disrupt the city the way that they did, and to ensure their safety, they needed permits.
