  • Lucky you Bill W. You get to take that hottie Barabara Bush to bed.

  • addicts are just nasty people, who like being nasty, its that simple, they were born like that

  • The CULT is the concept that we need drugs and doctors and candy and coca cola to feel healthy. There are natural cures for EVERYTHING that work but brain washing industries want to keep you stupid and dependent. LEARN ABOUT BOB BECK'S BRAIN studies on addicts that were SUPPRESSED because they worked TOO well and would have made most treatment centers unnecessary.

  • idiot!!!

  • While AA members are busy "working the steps" to supposedly fix their wrongdoings, ppl outside of AA are doing that on a minute to minute basis. Working the steps can sometimes take the aa member years and even then their so called amends are often never made under the loopholes provided (when it harms self or others). But I guess that is the way it goes in a masonic created cult. Fake it until you make it.

  • the word cult simply means "out of the culture" When AA started you might say it was a "cult" It was new and differrent. It is no longer a cult It is simply a path to sobreity.

Period. You can make it whatever you want it to be. It only has as much power as you give to it. It is up to each person.

  • AA works i am a witness to the fact .

  • LOL!

Keep coming back. It works if you work it. :)

  • Alcoholism is not a disease. It's an addiction. AA members are brainwashed into believing they are "helpless victims" of this "disease". I don't care where you were born, raised or even what color your fuckin skin is, if you are an alcoholic it's because YOU ARE WEAK AND HAVE NO WILLPOWER. 12 steps will not help you. Only YOU can help YOU. Alcoholism is not genetic.

  • @JayRebel you must be drunk fool .

  • @JayRebel Dude. Yooza idjit.

  • swear to god bill w. used to try and fuck my grandmother in the 1940's. he was the biggest whore mesiter

  • @IsraelforeverUSA1 So you're calling your possible Grandfather a Whoremeister? I think that's awful... : )

  • Could be worse, you could be me and have 18 years of emotional, spiritual and physical sobriety and be told you do not know how to work the program by a bunch of alcoholics who hide at the alanon meetings now. They have infected alanon so badly its like being at a beginners AA meeting now permanently. All the Alanon members with decades of recovery dont want to be heard. Congrats on the legalized child abuse.

  • I went to other 12 step programs. I found it helpful. I don't like the 12 step dogma. And I prefer therapy, I took what I needed I left the rest. But it is not a cult. Just a group without a leader that provides a forum to help deal with addiction.

  • AA foists a bogus spiritual message on vulnerable people who haven't even said they are looking for God. This is what sets it apart from genuine support groups, genuine therapies and genuine religion, in my view. It uses dissimulation and equivocation towards that end.

  • @MrTobytwirl AA is just more Abrahamic faith filth - do what we do or else is always the spiritual equation -recipe for hell on Earth - Burn Jerusalem - Mecca - the Vatican and AA central office and start world peace by focusing on the serene face of the Buddha!!!

  • Those who want to recover from a seemingly hopeless state of mind and body will. Those who don't won't. People die every day and people get recovery every day. Some people get a bug up their pompous ass, nurture a personal vendetta and live a life of hate filled vengeance. Sad, but oh well... I hope you find your peace, chihuahuazz..

  • THAT IS RIGHT AA IS A CULT

  • Just for you Weenies who haven't figured this out:

    This video is altered completely

The person shown is Bill Wilson, a founder of Alcoholics Anonymous

The voice is another person dubbed in. Father Joe Martin, a Catholic priest. His voice is altered and edited as well.

The purpose? Only Chihauhazz knows for sure. IMO. it's a cheap shot at AA - nothing more. Were you fooled?

  • We don't worship "God", it's a god of our understanding and it's kept me sober 36 years. That isn't Bill W talking. He was a rowdy man, with heart and failings. If you can quit on your own, just do it, don't put other options down.

  • The real cult is you anti/XAers.

If you don't need A.A. to get and stay sober, fine. Leave A.A. Don't go. But what are you going to do that is so effective? Nothing? No pharmaceuticals? No SMART, Rational Recovery, Moderation Management? Just quit? Cool. You must speak for everybody then. Lots of people in A.A. wasting their time. Then why spend hours/days/months/years bashing A.A., a worthless cult. Why is it worthy of your time right here, right now? Douche nozzles you are.

  • This video is such a joke and so are the others, They are doing exactly what they claim AA is doing and that is brain washing. They want you to follow them and their anti AA atheist ways and believe AA is a cult but actually they are recruiting and decieving people. Most likely they failed or know people who couldn't get sober and they are pissed.

I been sober over 17 years and i did it through Alcoholics Anonymous and believe me no person is controling me., its just more anti AA hate & bias

  • it's a quack religion with a high suicide rate among it's members.

  • @breda83

bill wilson reminds me of billy graham

  • @ronatholl Wilson was a fundamentalist Christian at heart. Claimed he was inspired to write the 12 steps by God. Is taking LSD with Timothy Leary and other pharacetucials. Smoked up to 80 cigarettes a day and suffered from bed-ridden depression for a lot of his so-called Sober life. And this man claimed to have the formula for a happy & wholesome life ffs

  • It save my live and those of thousands of others. But you are smarter... what if going to a meeting was the only thing someone was willing to do? Now they die and what? Thanks a lot.

  • To become clean , you only need to wash , To become sober , you have to be a alcoholic consumed with alcoholism .Then, and only then , you "are" beyond human aid , even for those who are not yet of the type mentioned in the book of alcoholics anonymous be better you remain none critical , for there may come a time when the only place for you is among that which you despise if you have not yet condemned it to no longer exist .

  • Anyone in doubt of an AA meeting here? lol Just go to one and have an ear to listen and then youll see its not a cult at all. Cults are self proclaimed and ask for a benefit. AA is there for me and as well as my friends being any color or race. AA is unity of people with a higher power no matter what it may be. No force ! Just Help for us all. Thank you all for reading.

  • If it works and your life improves, I don't see the harm...if it doesn't work, what have you lost? Why is everyone trying to convince themselves that THEY are the authority on Sobriety? Who cares how you get sober, so long as you get sober and clean up your life...I don't say AA is the ONLY way, but it is a good way for millions whose life was screwed up, just like there are other ways to get clean...why spend so much time on why AA doesn't work? I don't get it...

  • Take what works for you. Leave the rest. If a psychologist or self will seems to work for you, go for it. Good luck on it. Also, I wouldn't take a few people's comments and say that it represents the entire 2million people of AA. We are responsible for our own working the tools and we're not victims. Any ideas can be misconceived as "cultish". Any. But no one is handcuffing me to going there nor having my own opinions. If it doesn't work leave. For those it works, stay.

  • Please visit exposeaa.webs. We are looking for people who have been forced to participate in the 12 step cult by employers and courts. We are also looking for individuals who have been denied an organ transplant for failing to participate in the AA cult. Please tell your story. Together we can change things.

  • we don't need a fairy tale character to get us clean. we need loved ones, counselors, and most importantly ourselves.

the fact that they "brainwash" people in A.A. into a cult is wrong.

  • They don't charles, it's not a cult by any stretch of the imagination.

  • The outside sponsorship system has really screwed up people in and around A.A. there are a few still part of and responsible humanitarians

  • My favorites are

  • I've been going 5to AA for a year and I'm going to quit going. They say no religion, and the books say that, but the old timers do nothing but push religion. They live in fear too. One guy I offered a rootbeer too and he wouldn't take it because it was in a brown bottle. I mean, for fuck's sake... Also, the guy I go with, who doesn't work, would ride my ass if I only made it to two meetings a week instead of the three he thought I should go to. On top of the 90 meetings in 90 days I did.

  • rational recovery is good - no pseudo religious babble :)

  • When it mushroomed from 3 ppl to 2 million+ worldwide because it helped ppl to become happier and have a hope for life and worked, it is sad to see someone being so hateful to try and mess it up. I can only pray for your happiness.

  • WAKE UP!!!

  • what a brainwashed tool of bill w.'s psychobabble.

  • I am so proud t be a member of the "cult" today I celebrate 6 years because of the "cult"!!!!!!!

  • Do you still have your mind ? or did they leave it in the washing machine? I really feel sorry for you because not knoweth what you do> Bill Wison has you stuck in his cult vacuum .

  • the cult got you sober? or your own desire not to drink?

as your "sponsor would ask you" ...

"what part did you play in it?"

  • The way you wrote that sentence makes me doubt that you're sober. AA is a cult.

  • @badtown88 aa doesnt work period all it does is make you think about drink all the time

  • I heard the voice of Father Joseph Martin in this video. He is such a true blue, AA fundamentalist Big Book thumper! (View his videos... scary!)

  • "Love and tolerance of others is our code.

And we have ceased fighting anything or anyone- even alcohol. For by this time sanity will have returned."

    A.A. Page 84.

"Never talk down to an alcoholic from any moral or spiritual hilltop; simply lay out the kit of spiritual tools for his inspection."

    A.A page 95.

"This book is meant to be suggestive only. We realize we know only a little. God will constantly disclose more to you and to us."

    A.A. page 164.

    LOVE

  • "Never talk down to an alcoholic from any moral or spiritual hilltop; simply lay out the kit of spiritual tools for his inspection."

    A.A page 95.

that is my favorite self-righteous line from the big book....

how much more "holier than thou" could A.A. possibly be?

  • Self righteous?

It is exactly the OPPOSITE of self-righteous.

  • i dont get how most people are calling it a cult. You arent forced to worship god , give donations or anything.

Its the fellowship of meeting people who had similar problems and having someone to call or hang out with when you feel like drinking is what keeps people sober. most friends and relatives who didnt have a drinking problem just dont understand. its easy to say to someone "just stop drinking!" its a whole new ballgame when thats the only way you could get through a day , everyday.

  • There is nothing wrong with the worship of God

But there sure is something wrong with going through a sponsor ( another persons reality or personality) to find God as he is not lost, we are !!!!!!!!

  • How is that different from going through of pedophile reality to find god?

  • "Tough Love: Abuse of a type particularly gratifying to the abuser, in that it combines the pleasures of sadism with those of self-righteousness. Commonly employed & widely admired in 12-Step groups & treatment."

    — Charles Bufe

  • if you don't like aa, don't go. if you were mandated, go to jail instead.

  • So forced religion that goes against the U.S. Constitution is ok?

  • its not forced. u don't have to go. the court gives u an option - much better option than jail. or u can just go to jail for your crime.

  • Find AA religion or go to jail? No wonder the Bush Administration had a field day with the damn constitution.

No one seems to give a shit about it until they are told to shut up.

  • u can go to rehab. they're not all aa based. or they use some of the principles but don't push the god thing.

  • Bull, I can not think of even one that is not 12 step based in my state. I know as I have looked long and hard for one to work in that is not disease modeled and 12 step based.

The truth is 99% of them sell the disease concept and 12 step.

  • Actually I am well versed in it. Care to put your money where your big mouth is or are you just going to continue troll like a loser?

  • Like a used car salesman, you ramble on for a whole paragraph and say absolutely nothing.

  • Like always a complete waste of time.

Is there a valid reason you have not done the world a favor and killed yourself yet?

It appears that you are the one so retarded that you simply missed it. Words on you are a waste.

    Intellectually vapid.

  • Are you retarded in real life or do you just play one on the internet?

  • Ambiguity? The lazy mans way of appearing smart. Are you honestly going to defend the "Under some imaginary friend" part of it.

You know what - fuck you I could careless what you have to say as it is little more than a hyperbole constructed to attempt to dazzle the intellectually retarded.

  • Thanks for the lolz you have provided me with lolz

  • more ambiguous bullshit, do you have anything else. I sure on breaks between WoW and Halo tournaments you can come up with something better.

Off to actually go do something for the world. I spent my Sunday serving food at a soup kitchen, WTF did you do besides post bullshit here?

  • Thanks for the lolz. You know, you've been a member of youtube for about a week or two longer than me and you have watched 21,000 more videos than me lolz. You must have an immense amount of free time on your hands.

Thanks again for the lolz, much appreciated ;-)

  • You are too funny - And full of stupid assumptions. Care to guess how have so much free time?

I know you are not even close to smart enough to figure it out.

  • Also dip shit tell me how many are clicked on due to subscriptions and then backspaced to avoid watching them and to remove them from my subscriptions list.

I don't have to justify myself to you, you arrogant prick, You are arrogant for no good reason whatsoever.

  • Then why did you just try to justify yourself to me? The lolololz you give me. Thanks lolz

I think you mean ignorant rather than arrogant.

  • I assume you're unemployed, but I really don't care why a 38 year old has so much free time to watch over or click on 22,000 videos..

I like how quickly you respond to me.

  • You can assume and be wrong like always.

I see you found time to log in and comment back while I put in a 13hr day.

    Hypocrite

  • Thanks for showing the public how AA really is: If you have real complaints against this fraud group: shut up & go away. If you were court-ordered & don't like it: go get institutionalized, go drink, go insane & die OR do it our way? AA is a fraud cult of dangerous predators and it makes huge profits selling faith healing as "free & honest" & millions fall for all of its lies. To all those real people who don't buy it: go insane & die, go insane & die that is the AA motto: AA or go insane & die

  • what the f are they talking about? Is this for or against? Aa is bs we all know that, they suck and try to brainwash you. If you are thinking of going to an aa meeting dont go, you can do it on your own.

  • Some of us sought out sordid places, hoping to find understanding companionship and approval. Momentarily we did -- then would come oblivion and the awful awakening to face the hideous Four Horsemen -- Terror, Bewilderment, Frustration, Despair. Unhappy drinkers who read this page will understand!

  • I've got a budgie that can whistle "Pop Goes the Weasel. I think that takes more brainpower than repeating a passage of the "big book" verbatim. By the way, it's only big because it's in large type format to suit people with a reading age of five.

  • People come and go as they please. Some cult.

  • BILL W IS GOD

  • Although you may not be familiar with this program (you may be too young to appreciate), this program helps many people- just like a cancer support group, or berievement support group. (fucking retard)

    peace-out , Jesus-Christ

  • you mean the digit staff who just talk and make big big bucks

  • Would you buy a second-hand religious cult off this man?
